I took my vehicle there and felt good vibes upon talking with John. You see...I was afraid that they wouldn't take my national Warranty like most service stations. But John was very familiar with the claims process and also assured me he would keep me in the loop. He did indeed along with Robert. They were both very knowledgeable, honest, and humanistic. John walked me through the process and explained down to the detail of the mechanical issues. Same thing with Robert. I used the word humanistic because he understood my budgetary expenses, and discounted some of the price of what the warranty did not cover. I've worked in the investigative field before, thus know how to read people for deception. And this service station and two great men mentioned are the most nice and honest men.
